Functional Medicine Consultations

Want a focused session with Dr. Crawford, dedicated to figuring out what you really need for optimal health and longevity? Unsure about medical advice you have received, and you'd like a 2nd opinion? Here is how a Functional Medicine Consultation works:
- You'll decide how much time you'd like with Dr. Crawford. If you want labwork and/or records analyzed, that is offered ONLY via one of the two 75 minute consultations.
- If you choose one of the two 75 minute consultations, Dr. Kim will send you medical history forms as well as a legal disclaimer form within 72 hours of your purchase. You'll send her back all documentation as soon as you can. She needs to review it prior to your consultation.
- You can use your H.S.A. card if desired.
Your Functional Medicine Consultation Choices
Below, you can choose (“select consultation”) between four different consultation options. Each of these options include both Dr. Crawford's time and expertise and the topical ebooks and handouts normally reserved for patients, as well as follow-up emails.
75 Minute Longevity Medicine Consultation
This comprehensive consultation includes analysis of your medical history, recent lab tests and imaging, and discussion of data known to increase healthspan and cellular lifespan with practical applications and recommendations.
- General health and ongoing medical issues
- Recommendations for diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep
- Recommendations for “hormesis” ( fasting, sauna, cold plunges, breathwork)
- Recommendations for functional supplements, medications, and hormones
- Discussion: Peptides and exosomes
After you pay your online invoice, you can choose any/all of the following ebooks and handouts to be sent to your email:
Anti-Inflammatory Diet Plan, Autoimmune Diet Plan, Low Histamine Diet Plan, copies of Dr. Kim's best-selling e-books: “Nips, Tucks, Tweaks and Skin Care to Look Young for Life” and "Ultimate Guide to Nutritional Ketosis for Weight Loss". If you have mold issues, let us know, and we'll send you relevant handouts.

This consultation is available to residents of the U.S., U.K, Canada, Germany, Ireland and Australia.
New patient fee credit:
If you become a patient, Dr. Crawford will credit you $500 towards your annual fee.
45 minute Weight Loss consultation
Includes analysis and discussion of the root cause of your weight gain. No pun intended- but weight loss is not “one size fits all”. Recommendations will be based on why this is an issue for you. Peptides (including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) can be done on a case-by-case basis.

45 minute Mold & Mycotoxins consultation
Includes a discussion of your symptoms, with suggestions on how to treat them if you cannot afford the expense of functional treatment with peptides as described on the contact page. Your labs can be discussed, and the handouts offered here are a veritable gold mine of information you need to learn about if you have this problem, which is both environmental and physical.
