- If you choose the 75 minute consultation, Dr. Kim will send you medical history forms as well as a legal disclaimer form within 72 hours of your purchase. You'll send her back all documentation as soon as you can. She needs to review it prior to your consultation.
- You can use your H.S.A. card if desired.

Below, you can choose (“select consultation”) between three different consultation options. Each of these options include both Dr. Crawford's time and expertise and the topical ebooks and handouts normally reserved for patients.
75 Minute Consultation or Second Opinion
This comprehensive consultation includes your complete medical history, lab tests review and can include (as desired) recommendations regarding:

- All medical issues

Includes analysis and discussion of the root cause of your weight gain. No pun intended- but weight loss is not “one size fits all”. Recommendations will be based on why this is an issue for you. Peptides (including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) can be done on a case-by-case basis.
